 Quallifying pets automatically receive 4 weeks free pet health insurance following implantation of an idENTICHIP.

Qualifying pets are dogs and cats over the age of 6 weeks and under 8 years for dogs ( 5years for specific breeds), 10 years for cats.

What type of insurance is this ?

The policy covers the cost of veterinary fees in the event the pet (the dog or cat named on the Anibase registration screen ) is injured or becomes ill.

Who is the insurer ?

Allianz Insurance plc.

When does the insurance start ?

The insurance starts when the microchip is registered on the Anibase database.

How long does my policy run for ?

The policy will remain in force for 4 weeks from the date and time the microchip is confirmed registered.

What happens after the 4 weeks has expired ?

The owners will be offered an option to take out a full policy at the end of the 4 week term.
