Identichip

idENTICHIP is a small capsule the size of a grain of rice, which once inserted into your pet,  provides an inexpensive but permanent means of identification throughout the life of your pet.

idENTICHIP is inserted into the scruff of the pets neck by means of an injection  in a quick and painless manner.

Each one has its own unique identification number, usually 15 digits long in the UK.

Once implanted the idENTICHIP remains electronically inactive until scanned by a microchip scanner.

idENTICHIP is the only microchip with a fitted cap which fixes it in place within your pet ensuring it is always in place to be scanned.

idENTICHIP is suitable for all pets.

The Techie bits`!!!!!!  for those that want to know how.

idENTICHIP is a microchip and an electromagnetic coil in a glass capsule the size of a grain of rice. Each one has its own unique identification number usually 15 digits long in the Uk

idENTICHIP responds to a low voltage electronic signal from the scanner and transmits its unique code, which is then displayed. This then allows vets, pet rescue staff, dog wardens and the police to access a database to discover the identity of the pet and its owner.

idENTICHIP  is unique in that it has a patented anti-migration cap which ensures that the microchip cannot move around the body of the pet.

idENTICHIP was the first UK microchip when introduced in 1989 and there are over 4 million animals with an idENTICHIP in the UK.
